AWS Summit Hamburg 2026

Whether you’re an AWS enthusiast or a brand new user, there’s something for everyone at the AWS Summit Hamburg. 

All AWS Summits feature a keynote address highlighting the latest announcements and customer testimonials, technical sessions led by AWS experts, and hands-on technical training. Our wide variety of sessions are designed to help all levels of AWS user connect, collaborate and learn.

You will learn best practices for deploying applications on AWS, optimizing performance, monitoring cloud resources, managing security, cutting costs, and more. You will also have opportunities to meet AWS staff and partners to get your technical questions answered.

No. Registration is complimentary and includes access to sessions, Expo, meals, and receptions.

We don't have a dedicated hotel block for this event, but you can review nearby Hamburg hotels here.

No, AWS does not reimburse or validate parking or other accommodation and travel associated costs.

There is no dress code for attendees. Attendee attire varies from business casual, suits, hoodies, and jeans. Please wear what you are comfortable in.

Yes. All attendees must be at least 18 years of age on the day they pick up their conference badge.

AWS expects all participants (attendees, staff, speakers, sponsors, etc.) to comply with the Code of Conduct and behave in such a way as to create a safe, supportive environment while at the conference and any conference-related events. Review the full Code of Conduct here.

No. We do not offer continuing or professional education credits, or a certificate of attendance. 

If you have registered, you should receive a confirmation email within few hours after registering. If you have not received your confirmation email and it is not in your SPAM folder, please contact us.

The event agenda will be posted on the agenda page linked in the navigation as soon as it becomes available.

No. Space in the keynote hall is limited and registering for AWS Summit does not guarantee keynote access. The keynote will be livestreamed in the Expo and in breakout rooms to accommodate overflow seating.

No, there is no reserved seating. All seats are first come, first seated, so please arrive early to sessions you are interested in seeing.

Hamburg Messe is centrally located with three nearby underground lines: U1 (Stephansplatz), S11/S21/S31 (Dammtor), and U2 (Messehallen). The venue is a 20-minute taxi ride from Hamburg Airport and offers numerous parking spaces closeby. Find your way there or see here for more information.

To check-in and collect your event badge, bring your QR code (sent via email few days prior to the event) and a government-issued photo ID. An additional reminder email with more event details will be sent closer to the event.

Registration cannot be transferred. If you can no longer attend, please contact us to let us know.

The Hamburg Messe, has been designed to make everyone’s visit as productive and comfortable as possible. If you need additional assistance or have accommodation (no hotel bookings) requests, please contact us at least one week prior to the event. Every effort will be made to provide reasonable arrangements.

We aim to cater for a variety of dietary requirements; however, we cannot guarantee this will cover specific or individual requests. If you have specific dietary needs or if you are looking for a wider variety of options, we recommend that you bring your own meals with you or take advantage of the many restaurants and cafes in the area.
